AWOL, or overworked

Ok, I have not posted in a long long time… think I can get back on track now….  God willing and the snow stops falling.

I have attempted to open a new stitch store…Stitch N Cluck Stitchery, Cedar City.  4 months and I have moved a bit of the inventory from old store.  I am closing and really retiring from such nonsense.  It started in Oct, not a great month anyway, and was supposed to have a 6 month trial run… As of Feb 5, I am DONE!  Driving in everyday, not having enough time to take proper care of critters, not keeping up with this blog, etc.  My body and brain are in total agreement with Torrie and Jef and a few others who said I needed to punt on retail sales.  Lucky for me there is a wonderful lady in Phoenix that is willing to buy a bunch of the stuff.

And that leads me to ….   why I am willing to drive a truck full of stitch stuff to Arizona. Sum it up in one or two words… Torrie and Jef.   Jef is there (in Mesa) Torrie is here (in my house) since July of 15…  He is in school and she has been working here in Cedar City.  Soon she will move to AZ she hopes…

Goat update…. YES< still have goats… Jef’s goats as I refer to them.. Fat Sally, hopefully this time preg.   JOJO, pretty sure she will kid in early June.   Ash, a little 11 month old black and white,,, and her buddy Fire Bug.. yep she is red and white… more on this bunch later.

Chicken update… 32 hens 2 roosters lots of eggs and they pay for the feed.

Ducks and Geese, noisy and still here.

Dogs are snoring and fine, no clue what Torrie is doing and I need to finish grocery list for tomorrow.
